We met the challenge and created the Best Home School Program out there. Period! We call this incredible school Brainfood Academy. This is something the entire world will want study and learn from. Families need to be aware of the alternatives available to them. The days of the traditional institutional classroom are finished; unfortunately, so are the days of a traditional education.
Everything is in place for the for the Student to thrive and excel and graduate to the next level: The technology combined with the education is everything necessary to accomplish a high level of learning, from the technological access to the testing. The online Virtual Classroom is Interactive with the students and an exceptional teacher specifically chosen for this style of learning. The Academy is also certified in all 50 states and available for all U.S. Military bases throughout the world, to create continuity during relocations of the family.

School time is flexible with ONLINE CLASSROOMS: Based on the available Teachers.
Recorded Classes are Available: When a Class is Missed by the Student during the “Live Class”, this student can still benefit from the teaching session as well as allowing advancing students to move through the curriculum quicker when they are ready.
Parents and the Students can be involved with the Selection: Teachers can be chosen by the day through the Parent or Student. This is a resulting benefit of a Virtual Campus; there is access to any and all available teachers for the grade level and classes based upon Demand and Capped Student Levels. We also have teachers qualified for special needs, hearing impaired and several are multi-lingual. Find a teacher that connects the best with the your student! However, please know that here at the Brainfood Academy, we have guidelines that are not as strict as traditional public school. This gives us great flexibility for a variety of styles. Also know that when your student departs from us and goes to a different form of schooling, they will meet the requirements for public schooling in the United States.
Vaccines and Immunization for Schools: Your Guide To Learning with Brainfood Academy
Public schools throughout our country have requirements for updated vaccination and immunization records for each student. Even private schools participate in this requirement for a good reason. Since students can enter and exit private schools, it becomes the school’s responsibility to always have the students meet all requirements to enter public school. So, we at this Academy also have participation in this practice. However, there are exemptions for this immunization legislation. Here is the list to see if you qualify:
Is Kindergarten Required for your Little Student?
Kindergarten is a prerogative of each state and not a national policy. There is always an exception, and with education reform, it is required for each state to OFFER kindergarten in each school district. This came about with so many family couples working and no one to look over the basic education at home. With this said, in some states this is still not a requirement. However, our Kindergarten classes are FREE to all families!
Children are required to attend school when they are enrolled in the public school. Then their attendance is ages seven through sixteen. Also ages 5 or 6 if they are enrolled. If they are not enrolled in states not requiring kindergarten then they don’t have to.

Here is a List of states that require Kindergarten, but remember that states that don’t have this requirement have other guidelines. These states opting out of requiring kindergarten do require testing to see the academic level the child has entering into First Grade.

You have a Choice for HOME SCHOOLING with our Academy:
- You have Safety is in your Castle. Parents are a vital part of the learning process, though Teachers are guiding the Curriculum. They are the experts to teach the students and assist the parents. Through the process the parents have absolute oversight with the education and the child’s social interaction.
- Virtual is adaptable to all locations with the internet. Travel and Family activities are now are an experience anytime of the year. Don’t alter Travel and vacations because of a school schedule. Medical appointments are not going to cause missing a class. The family’s situation might change but the education will continue as long as you have internet access, learning is truly at your computer fingertips!
- Extra-Curricular Activities and Sports will still be Available. There are many exciting aspects to discuss. Experts with Home Schooling backgrounds have helped develop this program. Also any questions and concerns will be addressed by us and we will solve them!
- Individually adapt the curriculum for the learning pace of the child along with the method they learn with best. Also select classes that coincide the with the family values. Children can also add to this by experiencing subjects they are excited about at their time frame.
- The learning schedule is flexible plus the sequence of the curriculum can adapt. Family priorities are honored and encouraged. Learn what subject is relevant now and not a year from now.
Brainfood Academy is the Online School Program Plus:
This is a private online school with a twist. We offer information for families to follow a Home Schooling Program, they are in charge of–their Own Homeschool Program. We offer the Homeschooling Curriculum for $99 a month. If you want your children in our Online School with live zoom instructors, help with the curriculum as well as recorded classes, then your Online Brainfood Academy is an additional cost, see below.
Each family needs a Parent account for $99 a month. For our online Academy, KINDERGARTEN IS FREE. First grade through 8th grade is $109 per child. High School 9th-12th grade is $129.
